GUEST INFORMATION

• Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap are provided for your convenience. 
• Under the bathroom sink in the larger basket is the Phillips SenseIQ hair dryer - equipped with an intelligent microprocessor that adapts the drying temperature according to your hair needs and generates twice as many water ions that will give shine to your hair. At the same time the hair dryer comes with 4 additional accessories: drying nozzle, styling nozzle, diffuser, head massage accessory. 
• For additional towels, please check the under the sink. In the bedroom closet you will find 2 more grey towels for the pool.
• Under the bathroom sink in the smaller basket we put for you 2 x Dental Kits, 2 x Shaving Kit, 1 x Comb, 2 x Shower Caps, 1 x Sewing Kit, 2 x Vanity Kits, 2 x Sanitary bags, 2 x Shoe Mitt, 2 x Natural Loofah, bags for the bathroom waste can.

• Towels: You'll find fresh bath towels on your bed, ready for your use.
• Additional Amenities: In the bedroom closets, you'll discover two pairs of slippers, two bathrobes, and two pool towels.
• Energy Conservation: Please be mindful of our environment and turn off the air conditioning when you leave the villa.
• Security: To keep the villa secure and cool, please close the doors and shutters when you leave for the day.
• Mosquito Nets: When enjoying the fresh air with doors open, we recommend using the mosquito nets to keep insects at bay.
• Dining Areas: Please enjoy meals and drinks in the designated dining areas to keep the bedrooms and living rooms clean and comfortable.

1. Gas Usage:
   • Our barbecue operates on gas. Two tanks are provided for your use.
   • Ensure the gas supply is turned off completely after each use and before leaving the villa.
2. Appliances:
   • A gas-powered pizza oven and stovetop are available for your culinary convenience.
   • All necessary cooking tools and utensils can be found under the counter.
3. Cleanliness:
   • Dispose of trash in the designated bins. Plastic garbage bags are located under the sink.
   • Please clean the grill and surrounding area after each use.
   • Do not leave food or drinks unattended to avoid attracting pests.
4. Refrigerators:
   • Two small refrigerators are provided for your convenience. Please ensure the doors are closed securely after use.

1. No Lifeguard: A lifeguard is not on duty. Swim at your own risk and exercise caution at all times.
2. The pool is treated with Active Qxygen, DOES NOT CONTAIN CHLORINE.
3. The pool have two distinct areas for swimming: 
   • The area for adults, where the water has a constant depth of 1.5 m;
   • The area dedicated to children, where the water has a depth of 0.5 m. A responsible adult must constantly supervise children while they are near or in the pool. This means giving full attention to the children, without distractions. Younger children or those who have not yet learned to swim should wear safety devices such as life jackets while in the pool. It is advisable that all children who enjoy the pool should be able to swim to some extent. Learning to swim can significantly increase their safety around water.
4. Child Supervision: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when in or near the pool. Young children or those unable to swim should wear appropriate flotation devices.
5. No Running or Jumping: The pool area can become slippery. Avoid running and refrain from jumping into the pool to prevent injuries.
6. Shower Before Entering: Please use the shower located to the right of the pool before entering. This helps maintain water quality by removing salt, sand, sweat, and lotions.
7. Use Plastic Drinkware: Only plastic glasses, bottles, and cups are allowed in the pool area. You can find plastic glasses in the closets BBQ.
8. Sunbed Etiquette:
   • Return sunbed remotes to their designated holders after each use.
   • Do not leave personal belongings unattended on sunbeds, as they may be blown away by the wind.
9. Pool Towels: Please use the grey pool towels provided in your bedroom closets.

To ensure a comfortable and pristine environment throughout your stay, we provide the following services:

Mid-Stay Cleaning:

A complimentary mid-stay cleaning service is included in your booking. This service includes a change of bed linens, pool towels, bath towels, and general tidying of the villa. We will coordinate a convenient date and time with you upon arrival.

Daily Housekeeping (Optional):

For added convenience, daily housekeeping services can be arranged at an additional cost. Please inquire with our staff for details and pricing.

Towel Replacement:

Please place used pool and bath towels in the designated outdoor basket for collection and replacement at the middle of your stay. If you need extra towels during your stay please inform us. 

Garbage Disposal:

You'll find ample garbage bags in the cabinets under the sinks for your convenience. Please dispose of trash in the designated bins of the villa.

Quick Cleaning:

A wet/dry vacuum cleaner is available in the service bathroom of the main house for your use. This will allow you to maintain a clean and tidy space throughout your stay.

We are committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. If you have any specific cleaning requests or require additional services, please don't hesitate to contact our staff, who will be happy to assist you.

1. Villa Bins: You'll find garbage bins under the sinks in each living room, along with plastic bags for lining them.
2. Barbecue Area Bin: A dedicated bin is provided in the barbecue area for your convenience.
3. Municipal Bins:
   • Our staff will regularly empty the barbecue area bin into the municipal bins.
   • Guests are welcome to dispose of their daily household waste directly in the green municipal bins located along the roadside. The closest one is on the main road to Mochlos, just before turning left towards Villa Paradiso.

• Nighttime: Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:30 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Afternoon Rest: A low level of noise is also appreciated between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM, allowing everyone to enjoy the serene atmosphere.

1. Personal Belongings: Please safeguard your valuables. Avoid leaving items like watches, jewelry, mobile phones, or wallets unattended on outdoor tables or in the courtyard.
2. Doors and Windows: Always lock all doors and windows when you leave the villa. If you'll be away for an extended period, we strongly recommend closing and locking the shutters as well to enhance security and maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.
3. Prohibited Items: Do not bring any weapons, flammable or explosive materials, illegal substances, or items with strong odors onto the premises.
4. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not enter the villa during your stay unless there is an emergency or a need to prevent damage. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
5. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

1. Collect Trash: Gather all garbage from the kitchen and bathrooms and place it in the designated outdoor bin.
2. Linen Collection: Leave used towels in a pile on the floor of each bedroom.
3. Furniture Reset: Kindly return any furniture or items you may have moved back to their original locations.
4. Check-Out Meeting: Please arrange a brief meeting with our staff to return the keys, receive your security deposit refund, and exchange farewells.
5. Final Check: Double-check to ensure you haven't left any personal belongings behind.
